On February 26 2013, China Dredging and Merchant Supreme announced the completion of merger with China Growth Equity Investment, a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”). Pingtan Marine Enterprise Ltd., a surviving entity following the merger, was established and listed on NASDAQ.
Pingtan Marine Enterprise is a marine infrastructure group whose PRC subsidiaries are engaged in dredging and ocean fishing.
