On January 25 2013, Casetek Holdings Limited (stock code: 5264) was successfully listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange. The company’s initial public offering involved 24mln shares at NT$ 90 each, raising NT$ 2.16bn.
Casetek Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Pegatron Corporation. It is incorporated in Cayman with operations in Shanghai and Suzhou. Casetek is primarily engaged in the production and marketing of metal parts for 3C products (computer, communication and consumer electronics). It has been serving Apple, Lenovo, Samsung, HP, Sony, Dell, Asus, Acer, Toshiba and Fujitsu, with Apple as its core client. In the first half of 2012, it generated a gross revenue of NT$ 12.784 billion and a net profit of NT$ 807 million after tax.
