Recently, Sino-Ocean Land retained Dacheng’s Shanghai-based senior partner Zou Zhiqiang and paralegals Ren Lina and Jin Zhexian to act as legal counsel for a high-end residential project, an investment of the company. The project, located in the Meilan Lake area of Shanghai, is the only European castle-style mansion in Shanghai and the only Shanghai-based project named as one of “Asia’s Top Ten Mansions” for 2011.
Sino-Ocean Land, founded in 1993 and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2007, was one of the top ten property developers in China that have been listed in Hong Kong.
