On August 31, 2015, jointly with the experts in the development of regional financial centers in China, Dacheng’s Changsha Office completed the compilation of the Ten-year Development Planning for Financial Industry of Changsha Tianxin (2015-2025) of Changsha Tianxin District People’s Government. Beijing-based Senior Partners Ping Yunwang, Gu Shuyuan and Zhu Zhongyou in Finance and Changsha-based Senior Partner Mao Ying, Paralegals Zhou Jia, Liu Yang, Ma Min and Qing Zejuan provided full-course services for the compilation of the planning.

Changsha Tianxin District is located at the core zone of “Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan” city cluster, with rare resources of 32km Xiangjiang River east bank. Within the district, commercial and cultural industries have already formed an excellent base. According to the general concept of planning, in the coming 10 years, Tianxin District will be developed into a leading plate of the financial development in Hunan, a key node of financial industry in the Central South and a new example for the construction of regional financial centers in China.

It is the first development planning of district-level financial industry co-compiled by the experts led by a law firm. The planning is compiled with a clear subject, stressing on ecological building, with international vision, in compliance with actual conditions of Tianxin, and with adequate consideration to the realistic and future needs for development and integration of financial industries. During the process of compiling, Dacheng organized properly, prepared a scientific program, conducted in-depth survey, collected full and accurate base data and analyzed comprehensively. The basic work completed by Dacheng is unanimously recognized by the expert team members and the planning submitted is high praised and accepted by Hunan Province, Changsha Municipality and Tianxin District Committee and District Government.

On this base, Dacheng will consecutively provide subsequent comprehensive services for the finalization and implementation of the government’s financial industry planning.
