On September 10, 2015, Cheerzing Communication (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd (stock code: 833504; stock name: Cheerzing Share) was successfully listed on National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”).

The team led by Xiamen-based attorneys Liu Shiping and Yu Xianju advised on the project, which was the seventh NEEQ listing project served by Xiamen Office.

The project took no more than four months from startup to listing, and was successfully listed in one go without any problem reported. The professional legal services of the team were praised unanimously by the client and the cooperative institutions.

Cheerzing Share is a provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions dedicated to the locating service and wireless communication, with a number of independent intellectual properties and patents. The independently designed and developed products cover GSM/GPRS, WCDMA and LTE wireless communication modules and GNSS/GPRS positioning modules. It also provides IoT solutions and operation platforms based on locating service and wireless communication technology.
