Working Experiences
Edwin has more than fifteen years of experience in China inbound and outbound investments.
He is involved in assisting Chinese state-owned and private enterprises on their overseas
investment and acquisitions in natural resources, energy and other related sectors. He is also
specialized and experienced in the project financing in sectors such as mining, energy (oil and
gas, renewables), power and infrastructure. Edwin has worked with international, multi-lateral
financial institutions and ECAs. Most of his clients are major SOEs in China, such as China Exim
Bank, China Development Bank, Sinosure, Wanbao Mining, Zhenhua Oil, SIICGM, AVIC Intl,
Sinofert, WISCO, Sinosteel, CNPC, CNEEC, Bank of Communications, BSIET and CGNPC. He
also represents foreign investors in their investment and acquisition in China, including the
documentations, negotiations, registration, approval/filing, anti-trust and other compliance matters
