Summary
Mr. Shen is a respected partner of Dentons Shanghai Office Dispute Resolution Division, and the initiator of Medical and Health Sector Group in Dentons Shanghai Office. Apart from his work at the Division, he is also part of Dentons China Life Sciences and Medical Health Committee as well as Member of the Shanghai Science and Technology Association Legal Advisory Committee, but also Member of the Shanghai People's Medical Dispute Mediation Expert Advisory Committee. Previously, Mr. Shen has worked as an attending physician at the municipal People's Hospital.

Since 2010, Mr. Shen has been serving as the vice chairman of the Medical and Health Practice Area Research Committee of Shanghai Lawyer Association. As the vice chairman, Mr. Shen specializes in legal risk evaluation and prevention within the health care industry with abundant professional expertise and practical experience. Mr. Shen has a master’s degree in medicine from Suzhou University, as well as a master’s degree in law from Fudan University. Experience

Mr. Shen is involved in the creation of the Department of legal affairs on the 3A grade hospitals in Shanghai 
Mr. Shen has provided a full range of legal expertise and guidance for the first foreign 3A grade hospitals in Shanghai.
Mr. Shen has been actively participating in the legislative hearings held by the Government of Shanghai. This includes working with the "Shanghai organ donation implementation of the program (Trial)", and the legislation seminar for the "Shanghai medical dispute prevention and disposal methods (Draft)”; (take away- Legislation Seminar)
Mr. Shen also joins in on the discussions between the judicial inspection team of the Supreme People’s Court and Shanghai High People’s Court in terms of the procedure of medical disputes and conflict resolution between doctors and patients;
Mr. Shen has provided comprehensive legal services to medical and pharmaceutical companies with regard to the product research and development, registration, manufacture and sales;
Mr. Shen has been part of the evolution and managed legal risks for many medical institutions and representing all kinds of medical infringement damage disputes; 
Mr. Shen has also conducted training seminars for Overseas Education College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Hospital Management Seminar, Longhua Hospital and other units.
