Practice Areas
The main practice areas are construction and real estate, corporate and security, bankruptcy and liquidation and so on. Ms. Wei familiar with risk control in land development, initiating projects, bidding and construction, as well as project management legal issues. She has also dealt with many construction and corporate cases , drafted many relative legal documents and corporate by-laws, and attended acquisition and cooperation negotiations in many cases.

Ms. Wei has abundant experience in corporate, acquisition, investment, International trade, bank, construction, Intellectural Property and corporate consultant, especially in corporate risk control.

Ms. Wei also focuses on public goods. She was “Ningbo Superior Volunteer in protecting rights of women” in 2008, and “One Hundred Outstanding Women in Ningbo” and “Superior Public Interest Attorney” named by Ningbo Bar Association, as well as “Advanced Individual of Lawyers Association of Zhejiang” in 2010, and “Zhejiang Outstanding Female Attorney” named by Lawyers Association of Zhejiang in 2011.
