Mr. Zhai is also deputy head of the Criminal Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association and visiting professor or distinguished professor of several famous law schools such as Renmin University of China, East China University of Politics and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law and Shanghai Foreign Trade University.
In aspects of foreign culture exchange and foreign affairs, Mr. Zhai attended the 1st and 2nd “China-US Civil Forum on Human Rights” on behalf of China lawyers as assigned by the China Foundation For Human Rights Development (subordinate organization of the State Council). He also attended the “China-EU Dialogue on Human Rights” in Finland as assigned by the Ministry of Justice in 2011 and was invited to attend the legal forum held in shanghai by Gary Locke, the US ambassador to China in early 2012.
