Upon passing the National Bar Examination in September, 1992, Mr. Ao began working as an arbitrator for the Huhehaote Arbitration Commission in Inner Mongolia. In 1995 he established the Inner Mongolia Aide Law Firm and obtained the National CTA Qualification in the same year.
Mr. Ao pursued a course of higher education in Japan in 1998, graduating with honors from Chiba University and obtaining LL.M. (Master of Law). During his period of study abroad, Mr. Ao was also a director of the Chinese Lawyers Association in Japan.
After returning to China in 2004, Mr. Ao has successfully acted a legal counsel for many famous enterprises, including a number of multi-national enterprises. He specializes in solving complicated, difficult HS classification, customs clearance, customs tariff planning and other legal problems. In addition, he has designed and formulated optimal trade schemes for many well-known enterprises, both at home and abroad, particularly in relation to customs preferential tariff and customs clearance cases.
Mr. Ao participates actively in various international academic conferences and activities organized by the China Enterprise Confederation. Dedicated in research and the exploration of environmental protection, high-end manufacture, medical and health initiatives, Mr. Ao has always been interested in providing platforms for exchange as well as investment opportunities for foreign enterprises.
While studying in Japan, Mr. Ao served as a director of the Chinese Lawyers Association in Japan. Mr. Ao is an active participant in various international academic conferences and activities held by the China Enterprise Confederation.
