As of December 31, 2014, the company had RMB9,882,496.85 in revenue, with RMB-3,141,077.41 of net profit, RMB4,557,949.98 of total assets, and RMB-1,276,452.77 of equity. In April 2015, it started preparations for a NEEQ listing, and in July, it received RMB31million worth of investment from investors such as Advantage Fund (“Youshi Jijin”). The company’s valuation rose to RMB375million following the investment.
