The Party Central Committee made decisions on a number of important issues in relation to comprehensively governing the country by law, one of which was that governments at all levels should hire legal professionals including lawyers as legal advisors. Dacheng’s Nanning Office is always committed to advising the governments on law-based administration. For the past few years, Nanning Office has been acting as the standing legal counsel or providing specific legal services for over 30 local governments, with outstanding achievements. In January of 2015, Dacheng’s senior partner Teng Hua from Nanning Office was hired by the autonomous regional government as one of the first legal advisors, with three-year tenure from 2015 to 2018. Teng is the only female lawyer in the legal advisory group. In June, 2015, Nanning-based senior partners Li Anhua, Yuan Gongzhang and Teng Hua were hired as legal advisors of People’s Government of Nanning.
