On July 6, 2015, Ningbo Times Aluminum Foil Technology Co. Ltd. (“Times Aluminum Foil”, stock code: 832725) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. Times Aluminum Foil is the first publicly listed company in aluminum foil food packaging industry and the first NEEQ-listed daily consumer goods enterprise in Ningbo. The company was advised by Ningbo-based senior partner Jiang Yinglei, partner Zhou Xiaoyan and Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Hanqi. The attorneys were mainly responsible for conducting due diligence and drafting attorney’s opinion letter.
