Dacheng Attorney Represents Silvapower Investments in Pre-listing Investment over Phoenix Medical
On November 29 2013, Phoenix Medical Group, China’s largest private hospital group, was launched on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dacheng senior partner Li Shoushuang represented Silvapower Investments in its $13,735,530 worth of investment in the form of convertible bonds in Phoenix Medical before its listing. Mr. Li was responsible for deal structure design, negotiation and preparation of agreements. He also participated in the pre-listing restructuring of Phoenix Medical and the ensuing listing on behalf of his client.
