On November 27 2013, Chlitina Holding Limited (Code No.:4137) was launched on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.

The company, registered in Cayman, runs a beauty salon chain with the name of “Chlitina” in Chinese mainland.

A Dacheng team composed of Shanghai-based senior partners Huang Xiamin, Lin Jing and Gong Liyan acted as PRC legal counsel for Fubon Securities, the underwriter for Chlitina in its initial public offering. The team’s close cooperation with other intermediaries led to the successful listing of Chlitina on the Exchange.
