Altogether twelve firms were selected out of forty that are qualified standing legal counsels for different government agencies of Guangzhou. They will be responsible for giving legal advice on important decision making, settling legal enquiries, participating in law-making activities and the preparation of normative documents, participating in important negotiations, drafting, reviewing and revising key contracts on behalf of the Bureau, signing, delivering and receiving legal documents on commission, assisting in legal education and training, representing the Bureau in various actions, arbitrations and administrative review cases on commission, as well as other everyday matters. The service contract will be effective until December 30, 2016.
The team led by Lu also includes attorneys Li Yunzhi, Zhang Zhike, Jiang Bin and Wu Guang from the Guangzhou office.
