On August 21, Hubei Dacheng Space Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dacheng Space”, stock code: 831123) was successfully listed on the National Equities and Exchange Quotations (“NEEQ”) system.
Dacheng Space was also one of the few businesses that conducted a private placement on the day of listing.
Dacheng Space is engaged in the R&D of innovative architectural structure, building materials, power use and crafts and the manufacture and adoption thereof. Its independently developed core technologies, included into the state’s 11th five-year plan in the construction sector, are promoted and applied nation-wide.
A Wuhan-based team composed of attorneys Zhao Xuejun, Xu Qiang and Huang Jing conducted due diligence and restructuring, laid out the private placement plan and drafted a series of legal documents. Their expertise and efficacy won recognition from clients who expressed willingness to work with them in the future.
