On July 8, 2013, International Healthway Corporation Limited (“IHC”, stock code: 5WA) successfully completed its listing on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), offering 58.517m new shares at S$0.48 each. The market cap post IPO will be around S$7.7033bn, the highest among listed companies on Catalist.
IHC is an integrated manager, operator and developer of hospitals and healthcare facilities. It owns hospitals and healthcare development projects in China, Malaysia and Japan. In China, IHC boasts a Shanghai-based hospital management company, a Wuxi-based hospital in Jiangsu and a medical and commercial center under construction in Dujiangyan, Sichuan.
