On July 22, 2014, Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE”) issued a notice of acceptance to Henan Taiping Boar-Breeding Co., Ltd. on its filing of 2014 SME private placement bond issue. The company filed RMB60mln worth of bonds with SSE.
Shenzhen-based attorneys Cheng Jianfeng and Wang Junye acted as legal counsel for the issuer, while Zhongshan Securities acted as underwriter for the bonds.
Henan Taiping Boar-Breeding Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Taiping”) is primarily engaged in the breeding and sales of boars and pigs for meat. Its key breeds of pig include Large White, Landrace and Duroc.
