On June 27, 2014, Hunan Shiyou Electric Co., Ltd. (“Shiyou Electric”, stock code: 830827) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system.
A team from Dacheng’s Changsha office was retained as legal counsel for Shiyou Electric on the listing. The team was composed of the office’s capital markets head Jiang Guofu, associates Zhang Chengwei and Chen Weijun.
Shiyou Electric is engaged in the R&D, production, sales of electrical control system of and test equipment for wind turbine generators, related spare parts, as well as the production and sales of ancillary and machinery equipment for wind turbine generators.
