On July 23, 2014, Hunan Changxin Changzhong Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 830872, hereinafter referred to as “Changxin Changzhong”) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system.

A team of attorneys from Dacheng’s Changsha office advised Changxin Changzhong on the listing. The team comprised the office’s capital markets head Jiang Guofu and attorneys Zhou Yunren, Guo Sheng and Feng Lu.

Changxin Changzhong, located inside Changsha National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, is a high-tech company specializing in the development and sales of computer software, system integration and related technical services.
