On March 20, 2013, Guangxi Construction Engineering Group, Ltd. successfully completed the issuance of the first round of RMB 500mln private placement notes (“13桂建工PPN001”, PPN code: 031390089) for 2013 with a maturity of 3 years and at a coupon rate of 6.30%.
China Citic Bank acted as the lead underwriter for the PPNs and Dacheng provided all-round legal service to the issuer. The project team was led by Nanning-based attorneys Yuan Gongzhang and Yang Xin.
