On April 23 2014, JD Capital Co., Ltd. (“JD Capital”, stock code: 430719) was successfully launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”).

JD Capital consequently became the first PE firm listed on NEEQ and hence securitized in China.

While it was listed, JD Capital managed to raise approximately 3.537bn yuan through a private offering, marking the single largest transaction since the inception of NEEQ.

JD Capital, whether in terms of equity or market capitalization, is beyond any doubt the No. 1 stock on NEEQ.

A Dacheng team led by senior partner Li Shoushuang conducted due diligence and advised JD Capital on ownership restructuring, listing and the private offering. Mr. Li was assisted by associate Li Xue and paralegals Lin Fangfei, Wang Xiaoxiao and Chai Yuan.
