On March 7 2014, Langfang Development Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of 2014 corporate bonds. A Dacheng team led by partner Wu Ding provided comprehensive legal counsel for the issuer.

Langfang Development Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned corporation established by the Management Committee of Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The seven-year-term fixed-rate bonds (at 7.9%) were offered at a scale of RMB1,000,000,000. Huarong Securities Company Limited acted as lead underwriter for the bonds, Pan-China Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as auditor and Dacheng as legal advisor for the issuer.
