Recently, a Shanghai-based team led by attorney Jin Li was named one of the “2011 30 Most Recommendable Law Firms (Legal Teams) for Construction Engineering in China”. The team also included attorneys Li Chen and Mo Fei. On November 15 2011, attorney Jin Lin was invited to the award ceremony in Shanghai and accepted the award on behalf of the team
 
2011 ENR/Construction Times “Top 60 Contractors and Engineering Designers in China” and “30 Most Recommendable Law Firms (Legal Teams) for Construction Engineering in China” is a ranking and selection event held jointly by Construction Times (“Jianzhu shibao” in Chinese pinyin) and America’s Engineering News-Record (“ENR”), targeting contractors, engineering designers and top law firms/ legal teams for construction engineering. The event has been held for several years, accumulating influence and importance along the way. This year marks the first year law firms are included in the ranking.
 
The award ceremony was also attended by officials from government agencies such as Ministry of Housing and Rural-Urban Development, Shanghai Rural-Urban Development and Communications Committee, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and National Development and Reform Commission; industry associations such as China Construction Industry Association, China Exploration & Design Association and All-China Lawyers Association; senior executives from McGraw-Hill Construction, and senior management staff from the 120 enterprises of the two “Top 60” award categories.
