On 5th July 2012, the summary judgment on the lawsuit between the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service accusing Chinese enterprise producing aluminum alloy wheels of anti-dumping and countervailing was made. Zhejiang Shuguang Industrial Co., Ltd. represented by Dacheng’s team from the offshore lawsuit department led by Li Li received zero-tariff and need not to pay anti-dumping and countervailing tax to the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service.
Shuguang Industrial Co., Ltd. represented by Dacheng’s team led by Li Li is the only enterprise entering the appearance which received zero-tariff and has greatly reduced the cost of exporting products of the company. Other enterprises entered the appearance have to pay composite additional tariff of 6.3%-21.8%. Those enterprises choosing not to enter the appearance have to pay composite additional tariff of 84.3%.
