Recently, Danyang Investment Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued RMB1.5bn worth of seven-year-term municipal bonds for 2012.
Credit Suisse Founder and CDB Securities acted as joint lead underwriter for the bonds and attorneys from Dacheng’s Shanghai office acted as legal counsel for the issuer. Senior partner Wang Haiqin and attorney Fan Jianhong conducted due diligence on the company’s assets, business and equity, made restructuring plans and issued legal opinions.
This is the second enterprise bond issue by Danyang Investment Group. Back in 2009, advised by Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Hanqi and his team, the company had issued RMB600mln worth of bonds.
