On Feb19, 2010 and Feb23, 2010, Dacheng senior partner and management committee member Xu Yongqian visited Hainan province SASAC Director Lv Yiyong and Sanya city SASAC Director Guan Jinmin respectively.
 
During the visit, Xu provided a full description of Dacheng's recent developments, its professional expertise in providing well-rounded legal services to all levels of state-owned assets supervisory organizations and state-owned large and medium enterprises in Haikou and Sanya, and held an in-depth discussion on the construction and development of international tourism in Hainan Island, urban and rural development and other issues. The visit laid a solid foundation for establishing collaborative relations between the two parties.
