On July 7, 2009, managing partner Wang Zhongde of Dacheng talked with HERTZOG, ZIBI & ASSOCIES director Michael ZIBI. Dacheng’s senior partner Shi Wanlin, also the partner of HERTZOG, ZIBI & ASSOCIES Law office attended.
According to “cooperation agreement“, both sides reached an agreement on implementing concrete matters:
1.HERTZOG, ZIBI & ASSOCIES Law office and its branches would become members of Dacheng globalized legal service network.
2.The two parties would exchange chief representatives to contact and to deal with routine fairs of cooperation. The two parties would also appoint man to keep in touch and handle routine of business under the direction of the chief representatives.
3.Form the counterpart’s link on each website.
4.With approval of Dacheng, lawyers in HERTZOG, ZIBI & ASSOCIES Law office would be authorized to enter into comprehensive management information system of Dacheng globalized legal service network, sharing the resources and establishing space for Dacheng Paris office (HERTZOG, ZIBI & ASSOCIES Law office ) to introduce the information of it and its lawyers.
5.Partners and lawyers in both sides could communicate directly and develop business cooperation through comprehensive management information system of Dacheng globalized legal service network.
