Dacheng Attorney Elected Member of 2014-2015 INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee

Dacheng IP senior partner Gu Mingyue was recently elected 2014-2015 China subcommittee member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association.
 
The International Trademark Association (“INTA”) is a renowned global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and promote fair and effective commerce. More than 2000 volunteers from member organizations make up committees that conduct researches on policy, advocate and map out programs and events, and gather and edit information on all INTA websites. Anti-Counterfeiting Committee (“ACC”) is responsible for evaluating and promoting laws, treaties, regulations and rules related to anti-counterfeiting and tort investigation and enforcement. The China subcommittee focuses on providing insights on anti-counterfeiting legislature, investigation and enforcement, especially those concerning customs and the Internet.
 
Attorney Dun Mingyue specializes in the protection of intellectual property rights through litigation and administrative action.
