On September 1st, 2009, Dacheng Xi’an Office contracted with Shanxi Credit Re-guarantee Limited Liability Company successfully, served as the company’s perennial legal counsel.
Shanxi Credit Re-guarantee Limited Liability Company is the fourth policy-related provincial re-guarantee company. Through providing re-guarantee for the credit guarantee institutions throughout the province, playing a role of policy orientation, expanding ability of guarantee, the company will increase credit support for SMEs, standardize and improve the credit guarantee system in Shanxi.
