On August 31st, 2009, Supreme Court held a taking counsel forum of “Judicial Interpretations（3）of Corporations Law” at the National Bar Association. Zhang Qing who is director of the corporations law professional committee of the National Lawyers Association hosted the forum, Deng Jiaming, the secretary-general of the National Lawyers Association, Li Hong, deputy secretary-general of the National Lawyers Association，some members of the corporations law professional committee and invited experts were invited to participate in.
Senior partner of Dacheng Tuo Mingzhong was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech. The Supreme Court senior judge, doctors Jin Jianfeng and Du Jun spoke very highly of lawyers studying the depth and breadth of corporations law and their professional. They said, the Supreme Court will also continue to seek the professional advices from lawyers.
