“The Corporate Compliance against Trade Confrontation Forum”, hosted by Dentons Beijing office, Corporate and M&A Practice Group of Dentons Beijing office and China Industry and Commerce Press, and supported by Corporate Committee of Dentons China, took place in ParkView Green on July 14, 2018. It is the first external-facing event following the reestablishment of practice groups in Dentons Beijing, and has attracted more than 110 lawyers from across Dentons China, scholars, business representatives and professionals.

This year, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued new rules regarding the SOEs’ compliance and governance. So it is essential to carefully review Guidelines on Compliance and Management, effective on July 1, and improve the quality of our legal service.”
