Dacheng Advises Hefei Ecolite Information Technology Co., Ltd. on Successful NEEQ Listing

On July 22, 2014, Hefei Ecolite Information Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 830986, hereinafter referred to as “Ecolite”) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. 

This is the first NEEQ listing advised by attorneys from Dacheng’s Hefei office since its inception. The team was composed of capital markets attorneys Huang Bei, Chen Yuling, Wang Jun and Guo Hanzhao. Their efficiency and expertise gained unanimous recognition from both the client and the intermediaries. 

Ecolite is a new and hi-tech company engaged primarily in the design, R&D, production and sales of intelligent lighting control system and hotel room control system. Its successful NEEQ listing sets a good example for Anhui-based SMEs.
