Partners Li Xin and Liu Jianghua from Dacheng’s Xinjiang office were invited to sit as experts of a panel for reviewing restructuring plans filed by enterprises, profiles of listing applicants and other relevant materials. The panel was created to improve the quality of listing enterprises and protect their legitimate rights and interests. Experts’ opinions are adopted as an entry point for such improvement.

Xinjiang Equity Exchange, established with the approval of the government of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, is a platform that allows medium-, small-, and micro-enterprises in Xinjiang to transfer equity and raise fund through private offerings.
