Nanjing-based Attorney Appointed CIETAC Arbitrator
A new roster of arbitrators was recently released by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”). Dacheng senior partner Yang Beilun from the Nanjing office was appointed arbitrator for a second term. The new appointees would start to fulfill their role from May 1 2014.
