In February 2014, attorney Li Xuyan, director of Dacheng’s Zhengzhou office, was elected deputy of the 14th People’s Congress of Zhengzhou, while attorney Du Bingfu, vice director of the office, was elected member of the 13th People’s Political Consultative Committee. This marks a breakthrough for the office in its participation of political affairs.
