A Dacheng team led by attorney Wu Chenyao and Mo Fei from the Shanghai office’s Construction and Real Estate Department recently won the bid to act as legal advisor for Shenzhen Pingan Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Pingan Insurance (Group) Company of China, on its acquisition of a Chengdu-based logistics property project from LaSalle Investment Management Co., the investment management branch of Jones Lang LaSalle. The team was charged with the task of conducting due diligence, drafting important agreements and negotiation.
