Education

Joseph graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor's degree in history in 2005, 

and then continued to pursue a law degree at Sun Yat-sen University, where he received a 

master's degree in law in 2008. 

Ｗorking Experiences

Joseph has been working as a lawyer since 2008 and joined Dentons

 since 2020. Before joining Dentons，he has practiced and served as a partner in a leading

 law firm in South China and as managing partner of DeHeng Law Offices (Guangzhou).

Qualifications

Joseph obtained the China’s Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2006 

and obtained the Lawyer’s certificate in 2009. He is also qualified as a securities practitioner,

 a fund practitioner and an independent director.

Practice Areas

Joseph focus on M&A, corporate compliance, capital market and financial leasing.

He has obtained awards issued by Guangzhou Lawyers Association, including “Award for 

Theoretical Achievement”(2009,2011,2013), the third prize in “Outstanding Paper Award”

(2010), the first prize in “Outstanding Paper Award”(2012), and “Professional Achievement”

(2021).
