CHE Yanmei (Michelle), is a Partner of Dacheng Law Firm and based in Shenzhen Office, she

is a Leading International lawyer of Shenzhen and Guangdong province, Special legal expert

of China Going Global Thinktank(CGGT). Michelle has over 15 years of foreign-related legal

work experiences, and currently acts as an arbitrator and mediator in the commercial

arbitration and mediation institutions.

Michelle specializes in foreign investment, International trade, Corporate compliance governance,

Finance & Tax, M&A, Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. Her experience includes

advising Chinese companies for oversea investment, advising companies and foreign investors

from the United States, Europe, Africa, South America, Middle-East, Southeast Asia, Hongkong

and Taiwan on the establishment of WOFE and Joint-Venture company, drafted and reviewe

JV agreements, internal and external licensing agreements, international trade agreements,

technical cooperation agreements, corporate compliance agreements, platform agreements

(platform dispute resolution), labor contracts, staff manual, etc. She has performed due

diligence and drafted corporate transaction agreements in corporate mergers and acquisitions,

including acquisition assets involving land, plant, intellectual property rights, equity, etc.

Michelle has good track records on numerous litigation and arbitration cases such as Joint

venture and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, partnership disputes, franchise contract

disputes, property disputes, international trade and logistic disputes, construction and tenancy

agreement disputes, debt recovery, labor disputes, equity incentive disputes, infringement of

trade secrets, confidentiality and non-competition restrictions disputes, as well as complex

international commercial disputes and enforcement disputes.

Michelle is appointed as co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in the disputes over sales agreements,

contract cooperation agreements, loan agreements in the commercial arbitration commissions.

Michelle also acted as an expert witness of Chinese legal opinions in the High Court of Hong

Kong and issued expert opinions on Chinese law in the foreign-funded enterprise’s equity

transfer dispute.
