of China Going Global Thinktank(CGGT). Michelle has over 15 years of foreign-related legal
work experiences, and currently acts as an arbitrator and mediator in the commercial
arbitration and mediation institutions.
Michelle specializes in foreign investment, International trade, Corporate compliance governance,
Finance & Tax, M&A, Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. Her experience includes
advising Chinese companies for oversea investment, advising companies and foreign investors

diligence and drafted corporate transaction agreements in corporate mergers and acquisitions,

international commercial disputes and enforcement disputes.
Michelle is appointed as co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in the disputes over sales agreements,
contract cooperation agreements, loan agreements in the commercial arbitration commissions.
Michelle also acted as an expert witness of Chinese legal opinions in the High Court of Hong
Kong and issued expert opinions on Chinese law in the foreign-funded enterprise’s equity
transfer dispute.
