Practice Areas 
Mr. Wang acts for clients in the maritime and insurance sectors. He specializes in Bill of Lading and Charterparty disputes, marine insurance, P&I defence, cargo claims, ship finance, ship purchase & sale, ship collision and personal injury. Mr. Wang is also experienced in handling with matters relating to non-marine insurance, international trade (including the sale of goods, letters of credit and property disputes), corporate, domestic and foreign investment, especially with the dispute resolution cases (litigation and arbitration) thereof. Mr. Wang has handled hundreds of cases of litigation and non-litigation, many of which have proved influential in the development of shipping legal practice in China

Mr. Wang has in-depth research on shipping, admiralty, insurance and contract law. Dozens of his dissertations have been published or presented in domestic and foreign magazines, periodicals and forums. His solid working knowledge of all aspects of maritime law combined with his strong academic background and research ability enables him to find proactive and aggressive solutions to some of the most difficult cases which have been well received and recognized by the clients.
Mr. Wang has established good connections with harbor masters and knows how a practical solution works for marine crisis. He has also established good connections with and gained reputations from a number of judges including those from maritime courts.
