Jason Gan graduated from Beihang University with a bachelor's degree in flight school and

a bachelor's degree in law from law school.

Working Experiences

Jason Gan once worked in China Southern Airlines Company Limited, the secretariat of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, and D&S LAW FIRM, and is now a partner

in Dentons.

Practice Areas

Jason Gan's practice mainly focuses on all kinds of civil and commercial

litigation, corporate governance and state-owned assets management. He is providing

perennial legal counsel and special legal services for many state-owned and private

enterprises. He is specialized in aviation and automobile company operation management,

real estate project and construction project development, large-scale project bidding,

international trade and supply chain management of bulk commodities, trade derivative

financial services and international import and export factoring.

Jason Gan has long been focusing on handling complicated commercial matters, disputes

over company equity, disputes over real estate and construction projects, financial lending

disputes and product liability disputes in courts in Guangzhou. He enjoys high quality and

accumulated a lot of experience in the field of litigation.
