Professional Experience:

Mr. Jiang has been serving as a lawyer since 1999. He used to be a lawyer and senior partner in several law firms and joined Dentons GZ in 2017 as a senior partner.

Mr. Jiang has been committed to providing high-quality legal service on labor law and human resource management, drawing from his rich experiences in both theory and practice in the field of labor law. He has acted as a legal advisor for ZingFu China, Jabil, MO&CO, Hempel and other well-known enterprises, represented in a large number of labor dispute arbitration and litigation cases, and assisted in handling non-litigation affairs such as collective disputes, reposition and relocation of employees, thus winning the Social Stability Safeguard Award of Guangzhou Lawyers Association.


Professional Qualification:

Mr. Jiang was qualified as a lawyer in China in 1999 and now he serves as a part-time arbitrator in the Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission of Guangzhou

Mr. Jiang is the member of labor and social insurance legal professional committee of All-China Lawyers Association and has been the director of labor and social insurance legal professional committee of Guangzhou Lawyer Association for more than 8 years.

Mr. Jiang is also a part-time law professor of Renmin University of China, South China Normal University and Guangzhou Academy of Lawyers.
