Practice Areas
Since 1991, has been a licensed lawyer engaging in corporate, commercial, litigation and immigration practices. His practices cover corporate and M&A, commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment, litigation & arbitration, real estate and immigration/nonimmigrant visas. His clients include multinational companies, foreign-invested enterprises, retail companies and leading state-owned enterprises and private domestic companies.
 
Corporate & Securities: Incorporation, Merger and Acquisition, Reorganization and Dissolution, Employment Contract or Disputes; received training in corporate finance, banking and on-shore & off-shore corporate, trade and project finance; has represented large PRC companies in offshore corporate, commercial and IPO projects.
 
Foreign Direct Investment: Served as the leading negotiator and counsel for a number of projects concerning joint venture, acquisition, merger, divestiture and corporate restructuring and participated as a counsel in overseas investment; has provided renowned multinational companies with legal services regarding import & export tariff and VAT, import & export valuation consultation, import & export license, processing trade, logistics models, plant relocation and deep processing transit.
 
Labor and Employment: Has rich experience in human resources functions of multinational companies and foreign-invested enterprises;  advised clients on labor union, employee representatives and employee club issues, labor aspects of M&A transactions, expatriate issues, overtime issues, optional employee benefit issues as well as the risk control and management of labor arbitration and litigation; draft and revise employment contracts, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, employment invention agreements, corporate rules and policies, labor severance management guidelines, employee handbooks, training contracts, commercial insurance benefit arrangements and labor service agreements.
 
Retail and Extended Warranty practice : In retail and extended warranty practice, has been the retail and extended warranty legal expert supervising a team providing various legal services to a leading international retail company and a leading extended warranty company, with services covering litigation and non-litigation matters concerning various aspects of laws.
 
Business and Employment Based Immigration Practice:  EB-5 Investor, PERM, H-1B, L-1A and L-1B.
