July 1994 - November 2007: Zhejiang Hi-Tech Law Firm, 1996:  one of the four founding partner, director assistant.

November 2007 September – 2012: Worked in ZM & Co Law Firm.

September 2012 – Present: Worked in Beijing Dacheng (Ningbo) Law Offices: Specializes in business law transactions, mainly in the fields of maritime affairs, domestic and foreign trade, contract law, company law, financial leasing, investment, mergers and acquisitions.Has acquired securities lawyer qualification.Handled more than 1,500 cases in more than 19 years of practice.Has been a longtime legal counsel for nearly 30 enterprises in Zhejiang Province (two of which are the top ten enterprises in Ningbo), and earned a good reputation for the services provided.His research papers have won the second prize of The Research Paper Contest of Ningbo Municipal Lawyers Association.
