Mr. Xu serves on the Education Committee of the All China Lawyers Association and in the Civil Committee as vice director, vice chair of the Senior Lecturer Group on Civil and Commercial law, and chair of the Commercial Governance Forum. He is the director of Business Law Institute of China Law Society and the standing president of the Compensation Experts Committee of the China Association for Labor Studies.
