Yingying (Lily) Li is a senior expert lawyer in the fields of financial investment and financing. Lily is extremely experienced in the areas of corporate M&A and asset restructuring with a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex legal issues relating to  corporate M&A, capital expansion, equity transfer, asset restructuring and asset acquisition.

Non-performing  asset disposal
