Mr. Peng Xuefeng, the President and Founder of Dacheng Law Offices, mainly focuses on the practices of Dispute Resolution, Corporation, Securities & Finance, M&A and Antitrust.
Along with his legal practices of over 20 years, Mr. Peng has successively served for a great many leading enterprises, including China Telecom, China Netcom, China Reinsurance Co., Coca-Cola (Pacific), Hewlett-Packard (China), Shiseido Cosmetics Co., China State Construction Co. and China North Industries Co. etc. in the projects of disputes resolution, public listings, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and anti-trust.
For the outstanding performance in the legal service, Mr. Peng received Beijing Esteemed Lawyer in 1994 and again in 1999; in the year 1996, he was ranked in the Top Ten Lawyers in Beijing and nominated for Beijing Top Ten Youth Worthies, and was awarded the 1996 Exemplary Attorney by the Ministry of Justice. Mr. Peng was also cited as one of the 2006 Hottest Asia Lawyer by Asian Legal Business, a famous international publisher well-known for its opinions on the Asian legal pratices.
In July 2006, Mr. Peng received one of the most valuable awards for the Chinese lawyers---the Award for Eminent Contribution to the Chinese Legal Service Industry.
