Mr. Liu specialized in banking、insurance、real estate and so on. During his practice experiences, Mr. Liu was appointed as legal counsel by numbers of enterprises and undertook more than one thousand cases in various areas. Specially in corporation issues、civil & criminal disputes、 non-litigation service for bank and other financial institutions、litigation service in loan hypothecation & bill & deposit receipt & credit letter, Mr. Liu has many successful experiences. For example, Mr. Liu successfully defending for three defendants in three criminal cases who were finally sentenced not guilty.
 
Experience
From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Liu worked in Police authorities and took the responsibility of secretary of Communist Committee、secretariat of Communist Youth League Committee. Mr. Liu practiced law first in 1993 when he worked as leader of notarization department in District Judicial Bureau and director of national law firm. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Liu practiced in Bei Fang Law Firm and Tian Yu Ren Law Firm in Jinan, Shandong province. In 2004, Mr. Liu joined in Da Cheng Law Offices as partner.
