Working Experiences
Senior Partner, head of Mining and Resources Department of Dachenglaw Offices. Mr. Li had been working in the Ministry of Land Resources from July, 1996 to July, 2001.  In the field of social activities, Mr. Li is the member of China Mining Association and member of Geological Prospecting Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.

During recent ten years, Mr. Li has rendered special and long-term legal services to nearly one hundred domestic or foreign mining and resources enterprises on prospect, exploration, cross-border investment, project cooperation, merger and acquisition, onshore or offshore listing and is experienced in project purchase, reorganization, financing and exploration.
 
Publications
Academic writings of Mr. Li include: Legal System and Practice of Mining Industry of China, International Trade Remedies – Anti-dumping, Countervailing and Safeguard Measures (University of International Business and Economic Press), Resolution of Land Administration (China Land Press).  He also wrote Studies of 100 Cases of Land Resources and Cyclopedia of Implementation of Land Administration (China Land Press), and wrote in collaboration Biography of Ten World-Famous Jurists. And Over one hundred thesis and essays of him on mining and resources have been published.
